Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates. |
- Install Tooling (A) on to transmission housing.

590 kg (1300 lb) . Use a suitable lifting device in order to install transmission (1) onto Tooling (B). - Use Tooling (B) to position transmission (1) vertically.

- Install modulating drain relief valve (9) in the reverse order of removal.
- Apply Tooling (C) onto Surfaces (X) and (Y) of the transmission housing and the torque converter housing.
- Position oil pan (7). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of
55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 70 lb ft) . - Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of
28 ± 7 N·m (21 ± 5 lb ft) .
