V-Belts
Usage:
Remove & Install V-Belts
1. Loosen nut (1) towards the engine.
2. Loosen nut and bolt (4) and position alternator (3) towards the engine removing the tension from V-belts (2). Remove V-belts (2).
NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the V-belts.
3. Check the condition of the V-belts. If they are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
4. Install V-belts (2) on the engine.
5. Adjust the tension of the V-belts. See the Operation & Maintenance Manual for the correct adjusting procedure.
