Coolant Conditioner

Usage:

Remove & Install Coolant Conditioner

------ WARNING! ------

At operating temperature, the engine cooling system is hot and under pressure. Steam can cause personal injury. Check the coolant level only after the engine has been stopped and the fill cap on the radiator is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the fill cap slowly to relieve pressure. Cooling system conditioner contains alkali. Avoid contact with skin and eyes to prevent personal injury.

--------WARNING!------

1. Close two valve assemblies (1).

2. Use Tool (A) to remove coolant conditioner element (2).

3. Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect hoses (3) and (4).

4. Remove two bolts (5). and remove coolant conditioner (6).

NOTE: Install the coolant conditioner in the reverse order of removal.

5. Lubricate the seal of the coolant conditioner element. Install the coolant conditioner element and follow instructions on the element for tightening procedures.
