5. Water Temperature Sensor Installation

Usage:

This sensor must be located at the correct point in the engine's cooling circuit. This may differ between applications. Typically it is used to measure the radiator exit temperature or turbocharger aftercooler inlet temperature. The water temperature sensor is normally factory mounted and wired on the engine.
