(1) 从前引导轮组件上拆下管塞 (4) ，并施加空气压力到此端口。 前引导轮组件应该保持 245 kPa (36 psi) 到 265 kPa (38 psi) 的气压至少 30 秒钟。 添加 0.600 ± 0.030 L (0.159 ± 0.008 US gal) 的 SAE 30-CD 机油。 在管螺塞的螺纹上涂抹 4C-4030 螺纹固定剂 并安装管螺塞。
(2) 组装时，橡胶曲面密封和所有接触面必须清洁干燥。 组装之前，在金属密封环的接触面上涂一薄层 6V-4876 润滑剂 。 密封圈必须装配成方形。 橡胶曲面密封不能膨胀也不能扭歪。
(3) 使用润滑剂润滑要密封的 O 形密封圈。
(4) 组装前，表面必须清洁，且没有防护涂层。
(5) 安装惰轮轴 将压印在惰轮轴端面的 "R" 标记向后定位至前惰轮轴承内。
