1. Install bearing cup (45) and seal (46) into the housing.

   Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force. Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment. Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

6. Install guide (37) and (38) into housing (1).

7. Install O-ring seal (39) onto plug (34).

8. Install seat (40) onto plug (34).

9. Install plug (34) into the housing. Tighten plug (34) to a torque of 46 N·m (34 lb ft).

10. Install O-ring seal (31), O-ring seal (32), and backup ring (33) onto valve (30).

11. Install valve (30) into the housing. Tighten valve (30) to a torque of 37 N·m (27 lb ft).

12. Install valve (29) into the housing.

13. Install O-ring seal (28) onto plug (27).

14. Install plug (27) into the housing. 57 cc displacement pumps tighten the plug (27) to a torque of 230 N·m (170 lb ft). 74 cc displacement pumps tighten the plug (27) to a torque of 208 N·m (153 lb ft).

15. Install spring (25) and piston (26) into the housing.

16. Install O-ring seal (22), backup ring (23), and O-ring seal (24) onto piston (21).

17. Install piston (21) into housing (1).

18. Install Tooling (C) onto the shaft in order to avoid tearing the seal.

20. Position retaining ring (16), washer (17), spring (18), and washer (19) into the barrel.
