Engine Oil Cooler - Remove and Install

Usage:

730C2 2T4

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the turbocharger

  1. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

  2. Remove tube assemblies (1) and (2).

  3. Remove clamps (3) and the hose.

  4. Remove tube assembly (4).

  5. Disconnect hose assembly (5).

  6. Remove bolts (6). Remove engine oil cooler (7).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install engine oil cooler (7) in reverse order of removal.

    1. Tighten hose clamps (3) to a torque of 14 ± 1 N·m (124 ± 9 lb in).
