- Install Tooling (A), suitable lifting chains, and a hoist, as shown.

- Use the hoist to position the torque converter, the transmission, and the output transfer gears on the engine. The weight of torque converter, the transmission, and the output transfer gears as a unit is approximately 1070 kg (2350 lb).
- Install bolts (1) .

- Remove Tooling (B) from the flywheel housing.

End By: Install the engine, the torque converter, the transmission, and the output transfer gears. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine, Torque Converter, Transmission, and Output Transfer Gears - Install".
