  1. Install check valve (34). Install spring (33) .

  1. Install the cap and O-ring seal (32). Torque the cap to 25 ± 3 N·m (18 ± 2 lb ft).

  1. Install washer (28). Install spring (29). Install washer (30). Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolt (31). Install bolt (31). Torque bolt (31) to 10 ± 1 N·m (89 ± 9 lb in).

  1. Install spool (27). Install relief valve (26). Torque the relief valve to 10 ± 1 N·m (7 ± 1 lb ft). Install fitting (25) .

  1. Install spring (24) .

  1. Install the cap and O-ring seal (23). Torque the cap to 122 ± 12 N·m (90 ± 9 lb ft).

  1. Install the plug, the O-ring seal, and spring (21). Torque the plug to 65 ± 7 N·m (48 ± 5 lb ft). Install spool (20) .

  1. Install the screen and washer (19). Install spring (18) .

  1. Install the plug and O-ring seal (14). Torque the plug to 65 ± 7 N·m (48 ± 5 lb ft).

  1. Install relief valves (17). Torque relief valves to 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft).

  1. Install the cap and O-ring seal (16). Torque the cap to 122 ± 12 N·m (90 ± 9 lb ft).

  1. Install the plug and O-ring seal (14). Torque the plug to 65 ± 7 N·m (48 ± 5 lb ft).

    Note: Observe the orientation of the fittings and the accumulator.

  1. Install fitting (13). Install fitting (12). Torque fitting (12) to 150 ± 15 N·m (111 ± 11 lb ft). Install fitting (11). Torque fitting (11) to 150 ± 15 N·m (111 ± 11 lb ft). Install fitting (10) .

  1. Install check valve (8). Install spring (9) .

  1. Install the plug and O-ring seal (7). Torque the plug to 65 ± 7 N·m (48 ± 5 lb ft).

  1. Repeat Steps 16 through 17 for the remaining plugs.

  1. Install O-ring seal (4). Install O-ring seal (5). Install O-ring seal (6) .

  1. Install fittings (3). Install fittings (2). Install solenoids (1). Torque the solenoids to 39 ± 4 N·m (29 ± 3 lb ft).

End By: Install the control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve (Worktool) - Install".
