Usage:
Mount and dismount machine carefully. Use grab irons.
Correct or report any needed repairs.
Always install safety brace on cylinder rod when working around machine with bucket raised. Remove bar from rear of machine, below fuel tank. Remove clamps and place brace on extended rod. Install and tighten clamps.
Keep operator's compartment clean.
Adjust seat before starting and stay seated while operating.
Check controls in a safe area before starting to work.
Make sure area is clear before moving machine.
Be sure brakes are operating properly.
Carry bucket close to the ground.
Always look before and while backing.
No riders.
Machine stability may be improved by the addition of counterweights. Machine stability may differ with the bucket being used, and the material being loaded. Consult your Caterpillar dealer for necessary information.
