and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The existing NRS cooler can fail on certain 824K/834K Wheel Dozers, 825K Soil Compactors, 826K Landfill Compactors, and 988K Wheel Loaders. If the existing NRS cooler fails internally it can lead to coolant getting into the air system and potentially cause additional engine damage.
In order to allow equitable parts availability to all participating dealers, please limit your initial parts order to not exceed 8% of dealership population. This is an initial order recommendation only, and the ultimate responsibility for ordering the total number of parts needed to satisfy the program lies with the dealer.

Group 1: Replace the failed NRS cooler with the new NRS cooler design following instructions outlined in SMAG M0083689. For additional system checks that may be required, reference Special Instruction M0069778 "System Check after an NRS Cooler Failure for C9.3 through C18 Tier 4 Engines". Refer to Special Instruction M0070968 for proper coolant drain and fill procedure. Pressure test the coolant system to verify no leaks are present using the "Testing the Radiator and Cooling System for Leaks" procedure in UENR3351 prior to starting machine once reworks are completed.
Group 2: Replace the failed NRS cooler with the new NRS cooler design following instructions outlined in SMAG M0083691.
