When reporting the repair, use "PI1215" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T " as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1215" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and " Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Action Required

Remove the existing 9S4188 Plug and replace it with a new 1068459 Plug.

NOTE: In some applications, this plug may already have been removed and replaced with a fitting for auxiliary equipment. If the plug has already been removed, do not claim for a new plug.
