NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3653" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T " as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3653" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and " Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

A decal showing the manual and automatic operating positions of the supplemental steering switch needs to be applied to the dash of certain 768C and 772B Tractors; and 769C, 771C, 773B, and 775B Trucks.

Parts Needed
U.S. and Canadian owners of the Affected Product will automatically receive the decals and installation instructions in the mail.
All dealers other than those in the U.S. and Canadian will automatically receive the quantities needed for the Affected Product located in their area.
If additional decals are needed, contact your subsidiary office. These decals do not have a part number and will not be available after this program has terminated.
Action Required
U.s. And Canadian Dealers
If an owner requests assistance or instruction installing the decal, install the decal on a regular scheduled visit to the job site. See the procedure attached to the owners notification letter.
After observing that the decal is in place or that it is not needed, file a SIMS Report.
All Other Dealers
Refer to the procedure attached to the copy of the owners notification letter. Install the decal on a regular scheduled visit to the job site. After installing the decal, or observing that the decal is not needed, file a SIMS Report.
Owner Notification
U.S. and Canadian owners will receive the attached Owner Notification.
Service Claim Allowances
The decals are being sent to the customers and/or dealers without charge. If required, install the decal on a regular scheduled visit to the job site.
Parts Disposition
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.

Copy Of Owner Notification For U.S. And Canadian Owners
The supplemental steering switch located on the dash in the cab may not be marked correctly. The "AUT" and "MAN." on the decal may be reversed.
Locate the supplemental steering switch symbols on the decal next to the switch. If the "MAN." is at the top of the switch and "AUT" is at the bottom of the switch, no further action is required.
If the "MAN." and "AUT" are not correct on the existing decal, as described above and shown in the illustration, a new decal needs to be installed. Thoroughly clean the area next to the supplemental steering switch. Remove the paper backing from the decal provided and apply it next to the supplemental steering switch.
