NOTE: This Program can be administered either before or after a
failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the
Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use
"PS4725" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If
administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim
Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If
administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim
Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Termination Date

April 30, 1993

Problem

The tube assemblies and fittings may fail on certain CP563 and CS563Compactors
between the propel cooling manifold and the rear axle propel pump.

2 - 6V8724 Elbow
1 - 6V8636 Connector

Action Required

Remove the existing 5E8020 and 7X8222 Tube Assemblies along with the 8T6876
Elbows and the 6V9873 Connectors. Replace them with new 1G8342 and 1G8339
Hose Assemblies and their associated hardware. Refer the attached
installation diagram.
NOTE: Better accessibility can be obtained by raising the platform or
cab.
