NOTE: This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, Use "PS0575" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z"as the SIMS Description Code.
NOTE: Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be removed from parts stock as soon as possible.

The existing fabricated type radiator bottom tank may leak on certain D25D, D30D, D40D, D350D, And D400D Articulated Dump Trucks. A new cast 7U9707 Cast Bottom Tank can be installed.

Parts Stock
Remove all 7U4370 Tank Assemblies removed from parts stock.
Affected Product
Remove the radiator. Remove the fabricated bottom tank from the radiator. Install the new 7U9707 Tank Assembly on the radiator. Finish assembling the radiator and install it in the truck.
NOTE: The studs securing the corner gussets are slightly longer than the originals. Use flat washers to take up any clearance on the studs. This will prevent the nuts from bottoming on the threads.
