NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3589" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3589" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Rework Procedure
1. Remove the 2G6531 Front Cover from the cab. See Illustration 1.
2. Remove the 2A0762 Bolts that secure the wiper motor to the cab. See Illustration 2.
3. Remove the 5T5025 Clip Retainer from the wiper arm at the linkage. See Illustration 2.
4. Move/Remove the wiper motor so that it is not in the way of the fuse panel.
5. Make sure that all of the wiring connections on the breakers and switch assemblies are tight.
6. Make sure that wire 109 orange and wire 139 Orange are not connected to the same terminal on the 3T8728 Breaker (20 Amp). See Illustration 4.
7. Install the wiper motor and connect the linkage. Make sure that the retainer clip is installed.
8. Make sure that all of the wiring connections at the switch assemblies, warning lights, and key switch on the lower dash are tight. Check both the right and left hand sides of the steering column.
