Rework Procedure
1. Loosen the hose clamps for the 7X9753 and 7X9752 Hoses at the side of the yoke to allow easier positioning of the hoses.
2. Remove the existing 7R7623 and 7R7624 Adapters.
3. Install the new 1G7241 and 1G7242 Adapters on the motor. Do not tighten the adapters at this time.
4. Connect the 7X9753 and 7X9752 Hoses Assemblies to the adapters. Tighten the swivel nuts to a torque of 65-70 lb. ft.
5. Tighten the four bolts for the split flange connection to a torque of 42-50 lb ft. Use the tightening sequence shown in Illustration 2.
6. Do not reposition both hoses in the hydrasorb clamp at the side yoke. Leaving these loose will help to lower the bending stress on the two adapters.
