In order to retrieve the correct supplier part number, submit a GDSN Product health Service Request. Create a GDSN Product Health Service Request (SR) with priority of "Product Inquiry / Informational". Add any pertinent photos and detailed failure information for the product group. Mention the CPI number #437495 in the CPI field (and /or) mention the TIB media number M0104801 in the description or title (searchable fields). Then close the service request at the dealership without submitting to Caterpillar. This SR will alert the CPI Team that you have documented this failure in PSCRM.
