Discharge air is hot and could cause property damage and/or personal injury. |
Note: The trailer must be level for proper operation of the cooling, lubrication, fuel, and other systems.
Note: Do not operate the unit below any overhang.

The unit should have adequate clearance on all sides to allow proper air flow. Allow approximately
- Place the unit in a stable position.
- Ensure that you use wheel chocks that are suitable for the trailer.
- Unfasten the tow vehicle before you operate the unit.
NOTICE |
---|
Ensure that the enclosure doors are closed and locked during generator set operation. Access to the generator set is prohibited during operation of the generator set. Access to the emergency stop push button cannot be obstructed or restricted. Ensure that the emergency stop push button is easily seen, and the emergency stop push button must be readily accessible. The door latch cannot be lockable. The door latch cannot contain a provision for making the door latch lockable. |
Failure to close doors when the unit is operating can result in doors opening and closing at a high rate of speed. Contact with the doors may cause personal injury or death. |

XQ375 distribution panel |
The XQ375 distribution panel is equipped with a single adjustable main circuit breaker that is adjustable for 208 V or 480 V. The panel is equipped with a manual voltage changeover board and a single main load connection.
DANGER: Shock/Electrocution Hazard-Do not operate this equipment or work on this equipment unless you have read and understand the instructions and warnings in the Operation and Maintenance Manual. Failure to follow the instructions or heed the warnings will result in serious injury or death. |
- Ensure that the generator set is not operating. Place the handle of the main circuit breaker in the "OFF" position. The "OFF" position is the open position.

NOTICE |
---|
Verify the correct load phase rotation with the generator prior to connecting the output power cables. |
Note: The procedure for the load connection is illustrated by using a dual voltage distribution panel. All instructions are typical for both the dual voltage distribution panel and for the single voltage distribution panel.

- Ensure that the generator set is not operating. Place main circuit breakers in the "OFF" position. The "OFF" position is the open position.
Dual voltage distribution panels can have two different voltages. Determine the voltage to use. Use either HIGH (480 V) or LOW (208 V) voltage. Select the applicable receptacles or bus bars.
- Connect the output power cables to the receptacles or to the bus bars.
If necessary, connect the output power cables to the bus bars:
- Connect the output power cables to the appropriate bus bars .
Show/hide tableFailure to connect the unit to a suitable grounding electrode can result in electrical shock and may cause injury or death.
- Connect the ground connection to a suitable grounding electrode of no more than 25 ohms.
- Connect the control wiring (if equipped) for the automatic start/stop to the connection points for the remote start/stop.
- Close circuit breakers after the connection is made and the engine is running.
