A New Engine Oil Supply Line Is Used on Certain C32 Petroleum Engines {1165, 1207}

Usage:

C32 B2C
Petroleum Engine:
C32 (S/N: B2C1-UP)

Description of Change: The new engine oil supply line increases the amount of oil that is supplied to the pump stack on Halliburton applications.

Adaptable To: The new 358-7235 Hose and Tube As is adaptable back to first production on the serial numbers listed above. Refer to Table 1 for a list of the parts required to install the 358-7235 Hose and Tube As .

The procedure below is used in order to install the new 358-7235 Hose and Tube As.

Installation Procedure

    (1) 9S-8006 O-Ring Plug and 136-7227 O-Ring Seal

  1. Remove plug and O-ring seal (1) .

    (2) 343-7705 Adapter

    (3) 266-8455 Coupling

    (4) 5P-0076 Bolts

  1. Install coupling (3) using bolts (4) .

  1. Install adapter (2) onto coupling (3) .

    (5) Clipping locations

  1. Route the 358-7235 Hose and Tube As and secure the line at locations (5) using the following hardware: two 342-2134 Clips, two 5M-2894 Hard Washers and two 9S-8752 Full Nuts .

  1. Connect the 358-7235 Hose and Tube As to the engine block oil galley using the following hardware: one 148-8369 Elbow As, one 8K-4739 Adapter and one 2M-9780 O-Ring Seal .

  1. Install elbow assembly (6) on the 343-7705 Adapter installed earlier.

  1. Connect the 358-7235 Hose and Tube As to elbow (6) .
