Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Disconnect tube assembly (2) from auxiliary water pump (3).
- Remove bolts (6) and band clamp (8). Remove elbow (7) and the O-ring seal from auxiliary water pump (3).
- Remove bolts (4), cover (5), and the O-ring seal from auxiliary water pump (3).
- Remove nuts (1) and auxiliary water pump (3) from the front housing.
