6V2196 Microscope Available For Inspection Purposes{0653}
Usage:
The 6V2196 Microscope has a scale which is divided into .002" indications for inspection and measurement of surface cracks and other marks. The 20X microscope has a fixed focus and is used directly on the surface of the object under inspection. Extra light can be necessary during inspection of a dark surface.
The specific recommendation of the 6V2196 Microscope is for use during magnetic (force that pulls iron) inspection of a crankshaft for cracks, but it can be used for any general surface inspection.
