Usage:
The 6V3030 Digital Multimeter Group is a small, hand held-test instrument which can be taken into the field. The multimeter has a tilt bail and no-slip pads to keep it in position during use.
Power for the 6V3030 Digital Multimeter Group comes from a standard 9-volt transistor battery. The battery will last approximately two years (2000 hours of continuous operation) with typical use - up to 10 times the normal battery life for digital multimeters. When approximately 200 hours of life is left in the battery, the decimal point blinks (goes on and off).
The new 6V3030 Digital Multimeter Group is both easy to read and easy to use. Its 3 1/2 digit liquid crystal display (LCD) has 12.7 mm (.5") numbers. Selection of one of the seven functions and 29 ranges is made with a turn of a single switch.
