    Bucket (1) (shown inverted) left-hand guard (3) .

  1. Using an approved lifting device, invert the bucket (1) and secure with approved stands. Place bucket guard (3) onto the left-hand side of the bucket. Secure with screws (3a), nuts (3b), and washers (3c) at locations marked with arrows.

  1. Secure bucket guard (4) using screws (4a), nuts (4b), and washers (4c).

  1. With the bucket inverted, place the cutting edge (5) onto bucket (1). Refer to Illustration 4. Secure the cutting edge (5) along the bottom edge of bucket (1) using screw (5a), nut (5c), and washer (5d).

    The five locations are the same on the left-hand and right- hand side of the bucket (1) .

  1. Secure at the right- hand and left-hand side of the bucket (1), using screw (5a), nut (5c), and washer (5d). Secure at locations shown in Illustration 13.

    The ten locations are the same on the right-hand and left-hand side of the bucket (1) .

  1. Secure at the right- hand and left-hand side of the bucket (1), using screw (5b), nut (5c), and washer (5d). Secure at locations shown in Illustration 6.

  1. With an approved lifting device, roll bucket upright.

  1. Remove the bolt, washers, and nut from each of the mounting groups on the bucket guard (2) and remove the mounting wedge (A).

  1. Place the bucket guard on top of the bucket align the mounting base with the mounting plate on the bucket (1). Install the wedges (A) secure with the bolts, washers, and nuts previously removed.

  1. Using an approved lifting device, invert bucket (1) and secure with approved stands. Place bucket guard (3) onto the left-hand side of the bucket.

  1. Secure bucket guard (4) using screws (4a), nuts (4b), and washers (4c).

  1. With the bucket in the inverted, place the cutting edge (5) onto bucket (1). Refer to Illustration 4. Secure the cutting edge (5) along the bottom edge of bucket (1) using screw (5a), nut (5c), and washer (5d).

  1. Secure the cutting edge (5) at the right-hand and left-hand side of the bucket (1), using screw (5a), nut (5c), and washer (5d). Secure at locations shown in Illustration 13.

  1. Secure the right-hand and left-hand sided of the cutting edge (5) using screw (5b), nut (5c), and washer (5d) .

  1. With an approved lifting device, roll bucket upright.
