Start By:
- Remove the jaw from the work tool. Refer to Service Manual, "Combination Jaw, Crusher Jaw, Pulverizer Jaw and Shear Jaw - Remove".
- Remove the cutting edges from the jaw. Refer to Service Manual, "Cutting Edge - Remove and Install".

- Remove two bolts (3) and the washers that secure nut (4) .
- Use Tooling (B) to remove nut (4) .
- Install appropriate lifting chains and a hoist to upper jaw (1). Refer to Table 2 for the weight of the upper jaw.

- Remove pin (5) .
- Lift upper jaw (1) from lower jaw (2). Remove shims (6) from the jaws.
- Use Tooling (B) to remove two bushings (7) and spacer (8) from upper jaw (1) .
