The "UTILITIES" menu consists of the following items:
- "CAN Public Statistics"
- "TMAC Statistics"
- "Desk Communication"
- "IP Diagnostics"
- "Restore Factory Defaults"
- "Reboot Device"
Note: If a user is not logged in, only the "CAN Public Statistics" and the "TMAC Statistics" menu items are available.

The "CAN Public Statistics" is currently not supported. All counts will remain at "0".
"TMAC Statistics"

"TMAC Statistics" page |
The "TMAC Statistics" page displays a value of "0" for all parameters when the ECM is powered OFF/ON. As soon as data is exchanged between the health interface module and the office, then the corresponding value is incremented. If the office software stops sending data to the health interface module, then the previous values that were displayed remain.
Note: The values for the "TMAC Statistics" are reset back to "0" when the ECM is power cycled.
"Desk Communication"

"Restore Factory Defaults" page |
The "Restore Factory Defaults" page provides the ability to perform a factory restore. This action will clear the contents from BBRAM, except for the TCP/ IP settings and the date and time settings.
This feature allows for office personnel to re-establish communication with the health interface module after the ECM has been re-flashed with the health interface module software.
The health interface module permanently stores the following information in BBRAM:
- TCP/IP configuration information
- TMAC configuration settings
- Device identification
- Communicator configuration settings
- Product ID
- GNSS Corrections Configuration
- Report contents
- User authentication information
- Machine model configuration, if applicable
Perform the following procedure to restore the ECM to factory defaults:
- Log in to the web interface with the "Dealer" account.
- Select the "Utilities" menu and then select the "Restore Factory Defaults" menu.
- Click the "Restore" button.
The message, "All data from BBRAM will be deleted. Are you sure you want to restore to factory defaults?" displays.
- Click "Yes" to proceed with clearing the contents from BBRAM or click "No" to cancel the restore action.
