注: 直到您按照本步骤说明解锁喷油泵之前，喷油泵必须保持在锁定位置。
- 确保 1 号活塞在其压缩冲程的上止点位置。 请参阅系统操作、测试和调整, "确定 1 号活塞上止点位置"。
注: 可以使用两个工具 (A) 中的任意一个。 请使用最适用的工具。
- 确保已将工具 (C) 安装在前壳体的孔 (Y) 中。 使用工具 (C) 将曲轴锁定到位。
注: 安装工具 (C) 时不要使用过大的力量。 在修理过程中不要使用工具 (C) 固定曲轴。

- 确保已将工具 (B) 安装在凸轮轴齿轮 (1) 的孔 (X) 中。
- 确保喷油泵上的轴 (9) 清洁、干燥、无损坏。
- 确保已将喷油泵锁在正确的位置。 请参阅拆解和组装, "燃油喷油泵 - 安装"。
- 确保喷油泵清洁、干燥、无磨损或损坏。 如有必要，更换燃油泵齿轮。
- 将燃油泵齿轮 (3) 安装到喷油泵的轴 (9) 中。 确保对准齿轮 (2) 与 (3) 上的正时标记并使齿轮正确啮合。

- 安装一个新的弹簧垫圈 (10) ，然后将螺母 (8) 安装到喷油泵的轴 (9) 上。 逆时针方向向喷油泵齿轮 (3) 施加足够的压力来消除齿隙。 拧紧螺母 (8) 至扭矩 24 N·m (17 lb ft)。 将喷油泵 (5) 解锁。
要解锁喷油泵，请松开喷油泵上的锁紧螺钉 (6) 。 转动隔套 (7) ，以便将锁定螺钉 (6) 拧紧抵到隔套上。 拧紧锁定螺钉至扭矩为 17 N·m (13 lb ft)，使其抵到隔套上。 这样就能防止将锁定螺钉拧紧抵到喷油泵的轴上。
