Control Manifold (Pilot Oil) - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the control manifold.

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure is started, clean the exterior of the components to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism. Precision components can be damaged by contaminants or by dirt. Perform disassembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.
Note: Put identification marks on components to aid in assembly.
- Remove two O-rings (1) from pilot oil manifold (2) .

- Remove two bolts (3). Remove solenoid (4) .
Note: Three O-rings (5) are located on each solenoid (4) .

Note: An O-ring is located on each fitting (6) .
