建议的措施

燃油油位

肉眼检查燃油箱中的燃油油位。 确保燃油箱含有足够的燃油供发动机工作。

直接齿条油门信号(仅石油发动机)

来自外部调速器的直接齿条信号丢失可导致发动机停机。 将记录一个 91-8 油门位置传感器:频率、脉冲宽度或周期异常诊断代码。 请参阅故障诊断与排除, "直接燃油控制模式 - 测试"。

燃油供应压力

(A) 进口压力

供油压力是在压力端口 (A) 测量。 输油泵进口的最小燃油压力为 −40 kPa (−5.8 psi)

燃油箱通气口

检查燃油箱通气口上有无碎屑。 清除所有阻塞压缩空气的杂物。

注: 清洁盖时不要让碎屑进入燃油箱。 否则可能会损坏燃油系统。

燃油管

检查燃油管有无损坏。 燃油供油管中的阻塞会限制燃油在燃油供应回路中的流动。 更换损坏的管路。

压力调节器

检查燃油箱上的增压泵与燃油粗滤器进口之间有无燃油压力调节器。

如果存在调节器,则检查调节器出口处的燃油压力。 如果燃油压力不在技术规格范围内,则调整调节器。 如果怀疑调节器存在故障,则更换燃油压力调节器。

增压泵

检查增压泵出口处的燃油压力。

如果增压泵的出口压力不在技术规格范围内,则检查增压泵有无故障。 如果发现增压泵存在故障,则修理或更换泵。
