Description of Change: The new software provides the following enhancements: control of the charging system for the steering accumulator, update to the new configuration of the hoist, overrides for the hoist solenoids, enhanced logic for the calibration of the position of the body and enhanced diagnostics for CAT data link.
Adaptable To: The new 188-9572 Machine Software Gp is a direct replacement for the former 156-1392 Machine Software Gp. The new software is effective with 797 (S/N: 5YW251) Off-Highway Truck and adaptable to all earlier machines.
Note: Contact your product support representative before installing the new software.
