Performance Curves
Usage:
Curves indicate horsepower, torque and specific fuel consumption at various horsepower settings. These ratings are at SAE standards of 29.38 in. (746 mm) of Mercury, 85°F (30°C) at 500 ft. (152,4 m) of altitude. The curves shown are for standard engine operating with water pump and air cleaner. Fuel consumption values were obtained with fuel oil having a gross heat value of 19,500 BTU per pound (4914 kcal) weighing 7.12 lbs. per U.S. gallon (855 gm/litre).
