NOTE: | This Program must be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS45660" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The current ECM mounts can fail, resulting in damage to the ECM, along with intermittent electrical problems on certain 797F Off-Highway Trucks. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Rework the following engines in dealer parts stock and/or dealer exchange inventory: |
Replace the existing ECM bracket assemblies and install the series isolation mount system. Refer to Special Instruction, M0078251. Refer to Service Magazine, M0080940 for the installation of the 5078846 Wiring Harness Retainer Clips. Note: After once installed, the 1682067 Isolation Mounts need to be inspected, and if damaged, replace the isolation mounts during the regular Engine Mid-Life service. |

Submit one claim for each engine reworked in dealer parts stock and/or dealer exchange inventory. |
