NOTE: | This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS53150" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing hydraulic brake cooling tubes can crack and fail on certain 793D and 793F Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing tube fails, it will result in high brake temperatures. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Follow these steps when replacing a failed tube. Note: Ensure that all safety information, warnings, and instructions are read and understood before any operation or any maintenance procedures are performed. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual "Safety Section". Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary. 1. Loosen all bolts: pump to tank, support bracket to tank, and support bracket to pump holding the pump in place. 2. Remove the existing failed tube assembly and install new 367-7901 Tube Assembly to the pump and tighten. 3. Center the end of the new tube in the hole in the block on the tank wall. 4. Tighten the pump to the tank bolts, taking care not to change the alignment of the tube in the hole. 5. Adjust the support plate so that it sits flat against both the bottom of the tank and the end of the pump stack. 6. Tighten the bolts in the support plate to the tank bottom. 7. Tighten the bolts in the support plate to the end of the pump stack. |
