Oil Pan
Usage:
Remove Oil Pan
1. Drain the oil from the crankcase.
2. Remove the oil level gauge and guide (1).
3. Remove bolts (2) that hold the oil pan.
4. Fasten a hoist to the engine. Lift the engine off the oil pan (3). Weight of the engine is 3900 lb. (1760 kg).
Install Oil Pan
1. Fasten a hoist to the engine. Put the engine in position on the oil pan (1).
2. Install the bolts that hold the oil pan to the engine.
3. Install the oil level gauge and guide.
4. Fill the crankcase with oil to the correct level. See LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE.
