Usage:
start by:
a) remove fan and fan drive
b) remove vibration damper and pulley
c) remove water pump
d) remove alternator
e) remove oil pan
f) remove air compressor
g) remove engine front support
1. Remove fan drive adapter (1).
2. Remove trunnion (2).
3. Remove accessory drive plate (3).
4. Remove the timing gear cover nuts and bolts.
5. Remove the timing gear cover.
Install Timing Gear Cover
1. Install the timing gear cover and gasket. Install the timing gear cover nuts and bolts.
2. Install the accessory drive plate with the two bolts.
3. Install the trunnion.
4. Install the fan drive adapter.
