Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3675" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

^*This film will be mailed to the owners in their Owner Notification letter.

Action Required

The EPA certification film will be enclosed with the Owner Notification letter. Owners will be requested to install the film on their own truck engine, but they may ask dealers to install them. If you are requested to install the film, remove the existing film from the engine. Clean the surface where the film will be applied, and install the new film.
