NOTE: This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS0707" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Action Required
If coolant is leaking from the 7W3876 or 7W2017 Tube Assemblies contact Customer Services at (317) 448-5317 or (317) 448-5690 for rework procedures. Replace the 7W2017 Tube, 7W2021 Elbow, 7W3274 Elbow, 7W3857 Bonnet, 7W3876 Tube only as needed.
