CTS (CUSTOM TRACK SERVICE) v5.5 UPDATES
An updated CD-ROM for CTS version 5.5 was recently shipped to subscribers of media number JMRC7100. This CD is for new installations and for updating previous versions of CTS 5.5. One CD has been shipped to each subscribing dealer.
Ask your manager how this important upgrade to the program can be installed on your computer. To order a new CTS subscription, order literature number JMRC7100. When ordering additional copies of the CD, please order literature number JERC7102.

Online Features
PSSRs will need assistance from the PartStore Administrator to prepare for the parts pricing, availability and ordering feature. Additional information is available through the documents below. For best results, it is recommended you read these documents in the order below:
1. How to Prepare for Use of CTS Parts Pricing and Availability Utility: Your dealership must be enrolled in PartStore to use the CTS Parts Pricing and Availability Utility. This document walks you through the steps required to set up PSIP (PartStore Integrated Procurement) for CTS use.
2. How to Enter Transportation Methods and End Use Codes: Proper entry of transportation methods and end use codes is necessary for the Parts Pricing and Availability Utility to function properly. This document explains the process.
3. How to Update CTS Parts Prices from DBS: This document explains the function that allows you to download dealer prices from DBS/DBSi for all parts in the CTS database.
4. How to Use the Parts Pricing, Availability and Ordering Feature: This document describes how you can check dealer price and availability of parts, order parts and update the Track History.

Installation Test
After updating, when you press the question mark icon , the CTS version should be 5.5.1 and ?Date Last Updated? should be 1/3/2005.
