(1) Torque for plug ... 21 N·m (16 lb ft)
(2) Torque for eight bolts ... 60 N·m (44 lb ft)
NOTE: Torque in 15 N·m (11 lb ft) increments to 60 N·m (44 lb ft). Use an alternating torque pattern around bolt circle.
Manifold Valve Assembly
(3) Torque for two high pressure relief valve cartridge ... 35 N·m (25 lb ft)
High pressure relief setting ... 34 500 kPa (5000 psi)
NOTE: The high pressure relief valves are factory set and cannot be adjusted.
(4) Torque for two shuttle valve plugs ... 94 N·m (68 lb ft)
(5) Torque for charge relief plug ... 21 N·m (16 lb ft)
NOTE: The spool and the manifold are a matched set and must not be replaced separately.
Charge pressure relief setting ... 1100 to 1235 kPa (160 to 180 psi)
