Filter Screen (DEF) - Inspect/Clean

Note: Before servicing the DEF filter screen (1), shut off the DEF supply to the filter screen.
Note: Place a suitable container under the DEF filter screen before removing. The filter screen may contain diesel exhaust fluid.
- Remove the DEF filter screen (1) from the manifold.
- Inspect the DEF filter screen. Clean the DEF filter screen with fresh water to remove deposits. Replace the filter screen if damaged.
- Reinstall the DEF filter screen into the manifold.
