| - | - | - | Use the following procedure in order to install the fuel injector group: |
| 1. Lubricate seals (4) with clean engine oil. Lubricate the injector bore with clean engine oil. | |||
| 2. Place the injector into the bore. The pin (3) of the injector fits into the groove of the cylinder head. | |||
| 3. Place the fuel injector clamp (2) with the label "C9" in the UP position. | |||
| 4. When the injector hits the bottom of the bore, torque the bolt (1) to standard torque. | |||
| 5. Lubricate the bore and the nut of the quill assembly with clean engine oil. Also, lubricate the threads in the cylinder head with clean engine oil. | |||
| 6. Insert the quill assembly (5) completely into the cylinder head. Ensure that the ball (7) of the quill assembly is in line with the slot of the cylinder head. | |||
