Broken Bolt Survey for all 3500 Engines{1100, 7553}

Usage:

793B 1HL
Engine: All 3500 Engines

Introduction

The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.

Problem

Caterpillar is requesting information related to recent 3500 head bolt failures that might otherwise go unreported.

Resolution

Please review the survey questions in 1 and 2. Determine if sufficient documentation exist to generate a Send it Back Request (SIB).
