新发动机短时间使用后,由于活塞环的磨合落座会使曲轴箱窜气量降低。 曲轴箱窜气将随着下列零部件的磨损而逐渐增加:

  • 活塞环

  • 缸套

注: 活塞环故障会使机油迅速退化。 有关活塞环状况的资料,可从曲轴箱窜气量测量值和机油分析结果中获得。

一台磨损的发动机的窜气量可能超过新发动机曲轴箱窜气量的两倍或更多。

曲轴箱窜气突然增加表明活塞环断裂。 下列状况是曲轴箱窜气的其它潜在根源:

  • 气门导管磨损

  • 涡轮增压器密封渗漏

一台重新修配的发动机由于下列因素可能有很高的曲轴箱窜气量:

  • 活塞环尚未正确磨合落座。

  • 磨损零件如气门导管未更换。

曲轴箱窜气过量可能表明需要大修。 通过保持结果记录,可注意到曲轴箱窜气量的逐渐增加。

使用 1U-8860 大发动机窜气传感器总成 来测量窜气量。 参考随工具提供的专门说明书, SEHS8984, " 1U-8860 大发动机窜气传感器总成 "。

记录发动机的曲轴箱窜气量。 保持记录测量结果。
