如果怀疑丧失活性或压降增大，应清洁催化器。 温度升高表示需要清洁催化器。 排气流的污染情况将决定清洁周期。
注: 拆卸催化器前，确定催化器位置和气流方向。 确保催化器零件号位置保持相同。
清洁前应拆下催化器。 咨询 Cat 代理商，了解催化器的拆卸步骤。 真空清洁是首选清洁方法。 使用催化器进口侧的真空。 只能在车间环境内使用压缩空气。 应从气流的反方向上将压缩空气引入催化器。 重新安装前清除催化器中所有松散的碎屑。
如果利用其他步骤难以清除污垢和掩蔽剂，可能需要清洗催化器。 有关指南，请咨询 Cat 代理商。
