注: 不要重复使用密封垫。

图 2 g02718764 - 拧松带箍组件 (1) 并拆下。
- 拆下螺栓 (2) 和上部固定器组件。
注: 使用不同的催化器零件号。 为确保正确的重新组装，记录各催化器的拆卸位置。
- 将 DOC 催化器组件 (3) 小心地从下部固定器组件上提出。
- 如有必要，对其他 DOC 催化器重复此步骤。
- 将 DOC 催化器小心降到下部固定器上，确保催化器与壁平齐，以实现正确密封。 确认正确位置。
- 将顶部催化器固定器安装到 DOC 上。
- 安装所有固定器螺栓。 不要拧紧螺栓。
- 安装带箍。 拧紧至扭矩为
10 ± 1 N·m (7.4 ± .7 lb ft) 。 - 将固定器螺栓拧紧至最终扭矩。 关于正确的扭矩，请参阅技术规格, SENR3130, "扭矩技术规格"。
- 要想安装 DOC 催化器盖，更换 CEM 法兰下方的所有内部衬条并对准所有螺栓孔。
- 安装新密封垫。
- 安装 DOC 盖组件。
- 更换所有外部衬条。
- 更换所有螺栓。
- 以圆形方式将所有螺栓拧紧至最终扭矩。 关于正确的扭矩，请参阅技术规格, SENR3130, "扭矩技术规格"。
- 确认所有螺栓达到正确的扭矩值。
