检查有无未正确铺设的导线,与配线线束平行,超过数英寸。 未正确铺设的导线可能导致电子干扰(耦合噪声),这可能丢失传感器读数。 检查有无超载电路。 如果安装了售后市场电子设备,则确保电路保护装置(保险丝/断路器)正确排列和放置。 不要将工厂导线作为电源。 如果可用,则使用附加电源连接,并确保该装置不超过电源的电流限制。 在感应负载(例如,继电器或马达)上安装续流二极管。

继电器

检查倒车警报断路器以确保其闭合。 如果断路器开启,则断路器可能无法向倒车警报继电器(其由 ECM 接通时,将 24V DC 连接至倒车警报)提供 24V DC 电源。

倒车警报

后退开关是一个单极双掷式开关,使用 Advisor 面板或 Cat ET 来检查后退开关,以确保其闭合。 如果开关开启,则 ECM 可能无法向倒车警报提供 24V DC 电源。

检查监控系统有无与换档杆位置传感器、后退开关或倒车警报有关的故障代码。 如果换档杆位置传感器发送至 ECM 的信号错误,则 ECM 可能无法激活倒车警报继电器。 如果倒车警报继电器损坏,则继电器可能无法向倒车警报提供 24V DC 电源。

ECU
