Engine Control Module - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal at the battery.
- Loosen allen head screw (1). Disconnect harness assembly (2) from engine control module (4) .

- Remove studs (3). Remove engine control module (4), the washers, and the isolation mounts.
Installation Procedure

- Position the isolation mounts, spacers, electronic control module (4) and the ground strap. Install studs (3) .

- Connect harness assembly (2) to engine control module (4) and tighten allen head screw (1) .
- Connect the negative battery terminal at the battery.
