- 检查滚翻保护结构的螺栓是否松动。 检查滚翻保护结构的螺栓是否损坏。 只可用原装设备零件更换损坏或丢失的螺栓。 将螺栓拧紧至扭矩
800 ± 100 N·m (590 ± 74 lb ft) 。注: 在滚翻保护结构（ROPS）上安装螺栓之前，先在所有螺栓的螺纹上涂上润滑油。 如果不涂上油，螺栓的拧紧扭矩可能不正确。
- 在坑凹不平的地面上运行机器。 如果 ROPS 发出噪声或如果 ROPS 有咔哒声，更换 ROPS 安装支承。
