Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.


NOTICE

To avoid system damage, make sure that the hydraulic motor is properly filled with hydraulic oil before start-up.


  1. Use Tool (A) to support track drive motor (12). Use Tool (B) to secure track drive motor (12) to Tool (A) .

    Note: Track drive motor (12) must be firmly secured to Tool (A) prior to installation in order to prevent any personal injury or damage to the motor.

  1. Install track drive motor (12) and four mounting bolts (11) .

  1. Connect hoses (9) and (10) .

  1. Connect lines (5), (6), (7) and (8) .

    External tubing of pressure override (If equipped)

  1. Connect line (4) .

  1. Install support plate (3). Install the bolts and washers (2). Install the bolts and washers (1) .

End By: Install the power train guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Power Train Guard (Transmission) - Remove and Install" for information.
