Radiator Shroud - Install
Installation Procedure

- Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings to radiator shroud (13). Carefully install radiator shroud (13). The weight of the radiator shroud is 68 kg (150 lb).

- Install the bolts that secure four mounting brackets (16) to the radiator guard. The mounting brackets are for the radiator shroud.

- Install upper fan guard assembly (15) .

- Install the bolts that secure the side baffles for the radiator core to radiator shroud (13) .

- Install the bolts across the bottom of radiator shroud (13) .
Note: The bolts are not shown in the above illustration.
- Install baffles (14) on the radiator guard assembly.
- Install the bolts that secure baffles (14) to the side of radiator shroud (13) .
- Install baffle assembly (12) .

- Install two bolts that secure baffle assembly (12) to the top of radiator shroud (13) and the radiator guard.
- Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to the fan drive assembly, as shown. The weight of the fan drive assembly is 245 kg (540 lb).

- Carefully install fan drive assembly (11). The weight of the fan drive assembly is 245 kg (540 lb).

Do not damage the radiator core during removal or installation of the fan group. |
- Install bolts (10) that fasten fan drive assembly (11) to the radiator guard assembly.
- Install lower fan guard assembly (9) .

- Install two center fan guard assemblies (8) .
- Connect hose assemblies (6) to fan drive motor (5) .

- Install clamps (7), as shown.
- Use a hoist to install radiator access cover (3). The weight of the radiator access cover is 79 kg (175 lb).

- Remove the hoist, the lifting chains and Tooling (A) from radiator access cover (3) .
- Install four bolts (4) that secure radiator access cover (3) to the radiator guard.
- Use two persons to install upper grill (2). The weight of the upper grill is 25 kg (55 lb).

- Use two persons to install lower grill (1). The weight of the lower grill is 25 kg (55 lb).

- Fill the implement hydraulic system. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
- Start the machine in order to check for leaks and proper operation of the fan drive motor.
End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
